We offer UPS and USPS shipping to all addresses. However, we must charge Utah Sales Tax of 6.80% to anyone that picks-up in our local store, regardless of their residency status.
Taylor's Bike Shop ships all domestic ground parcels by UPS, and U.S. Post Office Mail. Orders going to post office boxes and military APO/FPO, and PO boxes are sent through the US Post Office only.
Due to the cost, size and weight, bicycles and some other large items can only be shipped to a lower 48 state. Due to cost and size restrictions, certain large items can not be shipped to AK., HI., PR., APO and FPO addresses
Some over sized item will be assessed additional shipping costs.
Orders are received and take from 3 to 7 business days for processing. Shipping time varies by location and shipping carrier. This is dependent on stock, delivery area, and transit times.

You will need to bring in your credit card for in-store pickup. Our in-store prices are not the same as our Central Warehouse! Items that we normally carry in stock are priced different than our Central Warehouse. This is due to the difference in overhead, warehouse and freight costs.
If you would like to place an order either online or by telephone and arrange for a local pick-up, please let us know when you expect to pick up the merchandise.
In-Store Pick-up: Please phone ahead to asure current prices and stock status on the items you are requesting. In-stock orders requesting in-store pickup will be ready after 4:00 pm the same day if received by 11:00 am (Monday through Friday). In-stock orders placed after 11:00 am or on the weekend can be ready the same day if you would kindly alert us by phone that you placed an order. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
There are no refunds on Closeout items
All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused in its original packaging. That includes any box and/or tags that the product came with.
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back to us. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured trackable US Mail (we do not accept CODs).
You will be responsible for actual shipping and handling charges both directions. We will deduct our actual shipping and handling costs.
Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to an additional restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
Returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.
In the case of refusal of delivery we will still collect all shipping charges that apply, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Items marked with a turtle at checkout or any special order items will not be refundable. The determination of special order status of an item is applied at our discretion.

We offer a 90 day layaway with no interest charges. A 20% deposit will hold a bike of your your choice for up to 90 days. ALL layaway deposits are non-refundable.
Most manufacturers warranties have LIMITATIONS. Please refer to the printed manufacturers waranty to become familiar with these limitations.
If you feel an item purchased through Taylor's Bike Shop is defective, please read the printed manufacturer's warranty first, and then contact us. We will be glad to assist you in the warranty claim process.
Most manufacturers can be contacted directly, and your item can be sent to them for repair or replacement. We can help get you in contact with them. All waranty claims require a sales reciept for proof of purchase.
Any items sold as used are sold as-is and do not include any warranty.
All freight costs are not covered under any warranty. The consumer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges both ways.
